Family Services (ODJFS) to build a client server application to replace a
spreadsheet process tracking $2 billion of child payments. This allowed the client to import 50
data streams from three systems, allowing the update of this data and manual
entry and reporting. The project was
a high visibility, and of the highest priority to ODJFS.

through JAD sessions utilizing process flows and use cases.
